Configure Outlook to Check Manager Email
1. Use LogMeIn to remote into the office computer at the store.
2. Open the Control Panel and select Mail (Microsoft Outlook) > Email Accounts.
3. Select the managers Massage Envy email account (e.g., mgrXXXX@massageenvy.com) and click on Change.
4. From the Change Account window verify that Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) are both set to 'secure.emailsrvr.com'
5. Then click on More Settings in the lower right corner of the Change Account window and from the Internet Email Settings window click on the Advanced tab and verify that the Incoming server (IMAP) is '993' and the Outgoing server (SMTP) is '465' and click OK.
6. Click on Next or Test Account Settings to test the account. Once tasks have completed successfully click finish.
7. Add desktop icon for Outlook if one has not already been created.
