Enable Call Forwarding (Admin Portal)
1. Access the Vonage Admin Portal at https://admin.vonage.com/ and sign in.
2. Select 'Extensions' from the drop down menu under 'Phone System' on the right side of the window.
3. Search for the extension you would like to enable call forwarding for and click on the click on the 'Edit' button on the right side when hovering over the extension.
4. From the Edit Extension window select 'Call Forwarding' on the left side and click on the slider to turn on call forwarding.
5. Select the specific extension or phone number to forward calls to and click 'Save' in the upper right hand corner.
