Terminal Not Powered On
Issue/Symptoms:
Device does not display any lights
Applies to:
Meevo – Ingenico iPP320 Credit Card Terminal
Cause:
Power discrepancy
Solution:
1. Trace the cable from the top of the credit card terminal until you find where it splits.
2. It will split into two cables, one is a power cable and the other is an Ethernet cable.
- Sometimes the power gets disconnected at the splitter. If the connections are secure, follow the power cable to the wall to ensure it’s properly seated.
3. If it is still not powering on, you may use a working device (for example a phone charger) to test the outlet on the wall. This will ensure power is supplied to the device.
