Clearing Teams Cache
1. Right click on the Teams icon on the taskbar of your computer and click on "Quit"
2. Open up File Explorer and enter the following address: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and click enter.
3. Press Ctrl+A to highlight all the files in the folder and then press "Delete".
4. Restart Teams and sign into your account.
Note: If prompted to set up the authenticator please click on "I want to use a different authenticator app" and then follow the prompts to set up text message authentication using your personal cell phone.
