iTunes Restore
1. Plug the iPad into the computer using a USB cable to the computer that has iTunes installed.
2. Select "Continue" when asked if you’d like to allow iPad to access computer.
3. iTunes will prompt you to respond on your iPad.
4. Your iPad will then ask you to trust the computer. Select "Trust".
5. If prompted for password on your iPad, enter the iPad password.
6. Select iPad icon at the top of the screen.
7. Select “Restore iPad”.
8. If prompted to set a password, click "cancel" or close out of window by clicking "X" in the upper right of the window. *Do not set a password*
9. Select “Don’t Back Up”.
10. Select “Restore”.
11. Download will start - This step can take approximately 1 hour, but may take longer depending on the age of the computer.
12. Once Download completes, iPad Restore will begin.
13. Click "OK" once restore is finished. Note dialog box will automatically go away in a few seconds if you don't click "OK".
14. Select “Set up as new iPad” and then select “Continue”.
15. Once you get the the "Hello" screen, select "English" for the language.
16. Follow the set-up screens and attempt to "Continue" thru all of the set up screen. Please note, that any settings set up in this process will be cleared out.
17. Once you get to the iPad home screen (similar to screen seen below), attempt to connect to the "ME-Apps" Wi-Fi network. If the iPad can connect to "ME-Business" Wi-Fi network, proceed to step 20.
18. Please connect to the "massage envy" Wi-Fi network using password: m4ssageenvy!@
19. Once connected to "massage envy" network contact us at 480-366-4123 Option 1(or the tech’s direct number). Ask them to assist you in getting connected to ME-Apps and installing the In-Store Forms and Appointment Notes apps.
20. Once the iPad is connected to the "ME-Apps" Wi-Fi network, the In-Store Forms and Therapist Notes application will begin to automatically be installed. This process can take about 30 minutes.
