How to Check Ticket Status
1. Open a new tab in a browser and navigate to support.cambridgespa.com.
2. Select 'Sign In' in the upper right corner of the browser.
3. Sign in using your @cambridgespa.com or @cambridgewax.com email address.
4. Once you've signed in click on "Your Tickets" to view all tickets that you have submitted.
5. A new page will open which will display all open or pending tickets by default. You can use the drop down menu next to "Open or Pending" to filter your tickets further.
6. Once you have found your ticket you can click on the subject name of the ticket to open the ticket details.
7. A new page will open that displays all the ticket details along with the status of the ticket in question.
