How to find the Serial Number on an Ingenico iPP320

1. Hold down the yellow and # keys until a chirping noise is heard.

2. Once the reader displays the copyright information press 2, 6, 3, 4 and then the green key.

3. Wait for the reader to display "Press F for menu" and then press the F key.

4. Press 0 for Telium Manager.

5. Press 1 for Consultation.

6. Press 4 for Configuration.

7. Press 1 for Hardware.

8. Press the green key while "General Infos" is selected.

9. Find "Ser.: XXXX..." listed on the display and record the number.

10. Hold down the yellow and # keys to reset the reader again and let it load normally.
