Receipt Printer Factory Reset

Can you please reset the receipt printer by following the instructions below:

On the back of the Receipt Printer is a small button labeled "SW" with a solid green light on the back.
Use a pen or paper clip to press the button until it flashes red
Release button, and it will change to solid red
Press and hold the button again for 10 seconds
Release the button and wait until the light turns back to green
Turn off the receipt printer
Hold the "Feed" button on the printer and then turn the printer on
Release the Feed button once you see the first page of the paper come out
A second page of the paper will release after 30-40 seconds, which will show the new DHCP Address

Notes: If going through the web printer settings and you are not able to reach the IP settings, clear the cache from the browser.
