5.7. Clearing browsing data may take a few minutes depending on how much data needs to be cleared. Once the process is complete, the window “Clear browsing data" will disappear.
5.8. Close all Google Chrome browsers on the computer.
You should now be able to print receipts in non-Trust mode.
Part 6: Meevo Configuration6.1. Hold the feed button down (located on the front of the printer) and turn on the printer.
6.2. Once you turn on the printer (while holding the feed button), the receipt printer will print out a configuration page. Once the printer starts printing, release the feed button.6.3. After about 30-60 seconds a second configuration page should print. This configuration page has the IP address of the printer, which you will need in future steps.
6.4. Login to Meevo and click on Meevo in the upper left of the window.

6.5. Click on Register.

6.6. Click on POS Hardware.

6.7. Click Edit in the lower right of window.

6.8. If the printer is defined, proceed to step 6.24.6.9. Click the + next to Add Additional Receipt Printers.
6.10. Determine the computer name of the computer you are working on. Press and hold your Windows Key and press the Pause/Break key.
6.11. The Windows Setting Page will open. This will list the device name. If the computer was properly set up, the computer name will reflect a name of Counter1, Counter2, Office1, etc. The computer name will be listed after Device name.
6.12. If your computer name is incorrect, you can click the Rename this PC, and follow the prompting from Windows. Please note, you will need to restart the computer after renaming.
6.13. Enter the Device Name in Meevo. The naming convention should follow the following: 6.13.1. ReceiptPrinter <location number> _ <C for Counter and the PC Number> 6.13.2. ReceiptPrinter <location number> _ <O for Office and the Office PC Number> 6.13.3. e.g. ReceiptPrinter0001_C2 for location 0001, Counter26.14. Select Star for Brand.6.15. Ribbon Size is 3 inches.6.16. IP Address is the IP address that is found is step 6.3.6.17. The Use Trust Mode must not be checked.6.18. The Pole Display Settings should only be enabled if you have pole displays. Enabling pole displays when you do not have a pole display connected to the printer will negatively impact printing receipts. If you do not have Pole Displays, please skip to step 6.22.6.19. If the POS station does have a pole display and the pole display is connected to the USB of the printer (not the computer), select the "Enable Pole Display Messages" checkbox.6.20. Enter “Welcome To” in Display Line 1 Text.6.21. Enter “Massage Envy” in Display Line 2 Text.6.22. You display should look like the following:
6.23. Click Save in the bottom right.
6.24. Repeat Part 6 for every receipt printer at the location.6.25. If needed, assign the receipt printer to the POS stations. Click on POS Stations on the left part of the window.
6.26. Click Edit in the lower right of window.
6.27. Click on the Station that needs to have the printer defined and click in the Receipt Printer dropdown.
6.28. Select the appropriate receipt printer for the station that you are working on.
6.29. Click Save in the bottom right.
Part 7: Activate POS Station
7.1. Login to Meevo and click on Meevo in the upper left of the window.

7.2. Click on Register.

7.3. Click on POS Hardware.

7.4. Click on POS Stations on the left part of the window.
7.5. On each computer, click the appropriate “Activate this POS” button based on the computer you are working on. For example, we are on Counter2 computer, we would click the Activate this POS station that is associated with Counter2, as seen below. You can also follow the WalkMe "Activate POS".
7.6. Once you click the Activate this POS, you will notice a message "This device is activated as" above the station name.
7.6.1. This is the display prior to clicking "Activate this POS".
7.6.2. This is the display after clicking "Activate this POS".
7.7. Close out of the Google Chrome browser and all tabs, to save the settings.
Part 8: Test Receipt Printer
8.1. Login to Meevo and click on Meevo in the upper left of the window.

8.2. Click on Register.

8.3. Click on POS Hardware.

8.4. If your receipt printer has the "Use Trust Mode" enabled, such as below, click the Trust button. You will need to do this on each computer for each receipt printer the computer will print receipts to. Please note, during normal operations, Google Chrome will "lose" the trusting and these steps may need to be performed while normal operations. It is best to train your staff on the steps 8.4. thru 8.9. in case the receipt printer stops printing. If the "Use Trust Mode" is not enabled, skip to step 8.10. Please take note of how your receipt printer is configured (Trust Mode is enabled or Trust Mode is disabled). This will be used in step 8.13. - Fix Me!
8.5. You should get a new browser window that looks like this. If so, close that window and continue to step 8.10.
8.6. If you get the below browser window, click Advanced.
8.7. Click on Proceed to (unsafe).
8.8. The browser window should look like this. If so, close that window and continue to step 8.10.
8.9. If you do not get the same image as in 8.5, or you get a message similar as in 8.6 or your window does not have anything in it after a few moments, please verify the printer is on and connected to the network. If you continue to not receive a window in 8.5 or 8.6, please contact the Massage Envy Service Desk for support.8.10. Click on POS Stations.
8.11. For each computer that prints receipts, find the station that states "This device is activated as" For our example below, our workstation is station #2. If you do not find this message on any of the workstation, please refer to part 7 of this guide.
8.12. Click on "Receipt Test Print" of the activated device.
8.13. Upon printing a receipt, a popup window will appear, leave the window open, and click the minimize button (as seen below) to have the process run in the background. This message will only appear if your receipt printer has Trust Mode disabled.
8.14. You will receive an error message in the Google Chrome address bar of "Not Secure" in the address bar as shown below. This is normal, and your communications is secure. The message is referring to the communication from your computer to the receipt printer. There is nothing to be concerned about.
Part 9: Common Troubleshooting Issues

9.3. Need to do a Factory Reset:9.3.1. Turn the printer on its side so you can access the backside small panel. You will see a small red button. Use a pen or pencil to hold the button in for 4 seconds and release it.
9.3.2. Push the button in again for 1 second. The lights should go off on the printer.9.3.3. You will see the red light appears on first then the green light will come on as well.9.3.4. The device should now have been reset.
